Dr. Mahesh Yalamanchili
Dr. Mahesh Yalamanchili’s calming nature and attention to detail are what patients value most about him. He diligently keeps up with the latest advancements in dental techniques to give patients the highest quality of care.
He has experience in numerous dental specialties including cosmetic dentistry, endodontics, oral and periodontal surgeries, and orthodontics including Invisalign®.
He believes in developing a thorough and comprehensive treatment plan unique to each patient’s needs. He focuses on communication before, during, and after each treatment to develop trust and long-term relationships with his patients.
Dr. Mahesh Yalamanchili was born and raised in Fairfax Station, VA. He graduated from Virginia Tech with a degree in Human Nutrition Foods and Exercise. He then went on to obtain his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry. Following dental school, he continued his education at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center in Newark, NJ to receive advanced training in managing medically compromised patients and gain experience treating inpatient and same-day surgery patients.
Outside of dentistry, you’ll likely find him exploring local wineries, traveling, and spending time with family, friends, and animals. He also enjoys cooking and eating at new restaurants.

Dr. Eddie S. Longman
Dr. Longman’s compassion for his patients and keen eye on keeping up with the latest dental technology are what patients and staff appreciate most about him. Getting to know patients and treating them with the most effective cosmetic and restorative methods are what sets Dr. Longman’s successful 40-year-old practice apart from others.
He strongly believes that an enthusiastic professional staff caring for patients in a comfortable environment results in the best experience for both patient and dentist.
Dr. Longman’s experience in tooth-saving endodontic therapy has given him a firm grasp of this technique that many general dentists don’t have. He has performed thousands of root canal procedures. He is certified in advanced cardiovascular life support and is highly experienced in cosmetic dentistry services.
Dr. Longman has always enjoyed science and holds a BS in Chemistry and a sub-major in Biology. His love for science combined well with his desire to become a dentist.
He grew up in a family of seven in Norfolk, Virginia. His older brother is also a dentist. Dr. Longman is a proud father of three sons. Two sons are physicians and one is an attorney. He and his wife, a nurse, enjoy downhill skiing and take frequent trips to Steamboat Springs, Colorado with their six grandchildren as they did with their children.
An early riser, Dr. Longman rarely misses his morning kinetic stretching routine. He is a big believer in taking care of body, mind and spirit.

Dr. Wanda M. Goldhush
Dr. Wanda Goldhush grew up wanting to be a dentist and has been practicing for over 20 years. She is the only dentist in her family. She is most experienced with cosmetic dentistry, braces, dental sleep medicine, and TMD.
Dr. Goldhush’s patients especially like that she is a good listener. She truly enjoys getting to know both her patients and their families. She feels it is important to work closely with her patient to come up with a realistic approach to treatment that is comfortable for both patient and dentist to achieve the best results.
As a child, she loved helping people and making them smile. And, as you can see, Dr. Goldhush still has that passion today.
She grew up the oldest of three children in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia. Dr. Goldhush and her husband have three teen-aged children. They reside in McLean, Virginia.
She enjoys hiking and skiing with her family and loves to read when she finds that rare quiet time.

Dr. Denis Andrew Peper, Jr.
Dr. Peper’s real joy of and satisfaction in meeting and treating patients shows. He thrives on interacting daily on a personal level with patients while utilizing both his engineering and artistic talents in dentistry.
A compassionate and thorough treatment approach rewarded him with the establishment of his own successful dental practice in Arlington, Virginia for 22 years. He has been performing state-of-the-art dentistry for nearly 38 years, including 24 years of complex INVISALIGN TREATMENT since its origin in 1999. Dr. Peper joined Dr. Longman’s practice in 2011. He was drawn to the warm family environment Dr. Longman has created for his staff and patients here at Alexandria Old Town Dental.
A great proponent of attention to detail and mindful care, Dr. Peper has experience in numerous specialties: endodontics, oral and periodontal surgeries, and orthodontics including 24 years of Invisalign® experience. As an artist, his major specialty is cosmetic dentistry.
Dr. Peper grew up in Scottsdale, Arizona and Lynchburg, Virginia. He has fond memories of playing baseball as a child and grew up across the street from Jim Palmer. All-State high school baseball recognition led to a baseball scholarship from the University of Virginia. There, his passion for science led to a career in dentistry.
Dr. Peper resides in Alexandria and enjoys spending time with his 20-year-old daughter. He is an avid golfer, a boating and fishing enthusiast and has a great love for the outdoors.

Dr. Anh-Minh Phan
Dr. Anh-Minh Phan was destined for a career in the medical field. At the early age of six, she carried around a first-aid kit she put together all by herself. She has been practicing dentistry now for nearly 20 years.
Her love of combining art and science in her dentistry is evident. She thoroughly enjoys a challenge. Her specialty, prosthodontics, combines cosmetic and functional restoration to greatly improve a patient’s oral functioning and smile.
Dr. Phan thinks dentistry is a fascinating career as she feels she can be both creative in her treatment solutions and take different approaches to caring for each patient. Her compassion, careful listening to patient concerns, and expertise in sedation put her patients at ease.
She grew up in Vietnam with her parents and five siblings. Dr. Phan admits to an unceasing quest for knowledge, whether it’s continuing education courses to keep on the cutting edge of her profession or learning a new language. She would love to teach dentistry again. Dr. Phan lives with her husband in Falls Church, Virginia.

Dr. Rahima Mahmoodi
Dr. Mahmoodi is a dedicated dentist with a strong focus on pediatric dentistry. Originally from Northern Virginia, she began her academic journey at Virginia Tech, earning a bachelor's degree in Human Nutrition, Foods, and Exercise. Driven by a passion for health and wellness, Dr. Mahmoodi pursued a dental education at A.T. Still University in Arizona, where she obtained her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree, along with a certificate in Public Health.
Currently, Dr. Mahmoodi is further specializing in pediatric dentistry at Nemours Children's Hospital, where she emphasizes the importance of preventative health and whole-person-centered care. She believes that instilling healthy habits early in life is key to lifelong well-being. Her approach to dentistry is deeply influenced by her strong family values, being one of eight siblings in a close-knit family. Dr. Mahmoodi treats her patients as if they are one of her own, providing the same care and attention she would offer to her own family.
Outside of her career, Dr. Mahmoodi enjoys exploring nature through walks, expressing her creativity through painting, staying active with jump roping, and spending time with her family and friends.

Dr. Heba Rashed
Dr. Rashed grew up in Northern Virginia where she earned her Bachelors of Science degree in global and community health at George Mason University. She then completed her dental training at the Virginia Commonwealth University where she found her passion of treating children. She then pursued her specialty training in pediatrics at the University of Maryland where she cared for children from infancy to adolescence and those with special health care needs. Dr. Rashed is committed to providing children with a positive dental experience and building a lifetime of good oral habits. In her free time Dr. Rashed enjoys trying different cuisines at local restaurants and spending time with her husband and two children.

Dr. Omar El-Sayed
Omar El-Sayed "Dr. Omar" was born and trained in Northern Virginia. Majoring in Finance, Dr. Omar never planned on being a dentist. After volunteering across refugee camps in Greece he decided to pursue a career in pediatric dentistry.
He loves working with children and is passionate about providing quality care for all pediatric patients and is currently pursuing specialty training in pediatric dentistry at Nemours Children's Hospital.
Dr. Omar is very comfortable treating patients with special health care needs and takes pride in treating every patient like they are one of his own. He strongly believes in giving every child the tools they require for a successful dental visit, understanding the tool kit may be different for each child.
He received his undergraduate degree from George Mason University. Dr. Omar attended the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. Upon graduation, he was elected to the Omicron Kappa Upsilon honorary dental fraternity, which is reserved for the top ten percent academic average and service among dental graduates.
Dr. Omar is happily married, has two children and interests outside of dentistry include biking, swimming, basketball, soccer, skiing, and spending time with his family.

Dr. Courtney Killough
Dr. Killough was born and raised in Virginia and received dual undergraduate degrees in Biology and Spanish from UVA. She then continued her studies at VCU, where she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree and was inducted into the National Dental Honor Society, the highest honor achievable by a graduating student recognizing both scholarship and character. Following dental school, she pursued additional training through a residency program at the VA Medical Center in Washington DC. It was a transformative experience and her true honor to support our nation’s veterans.
For the past several years, Dr. Killough has worked as a dentist in top-rated, family-oriented practices from the Washington DC Metro Area to the San Francisco Bay Area. She is passionate about providing high-quality, patient-focused care in a relaxed environment. Beyond that, she enjoys educating her patients on the best options available to address their unique dental needs.
Dr. Killough is married to her college sweetheart and together they share two young sons. She and her family enjoy visiting parks & playgrounds, perusing local farmers markets, cheering on their favorite sports teams, and trying out new coffee shops and restaurants. Fallan P.
Fallan P, Receptionist, joined the Alexandria Old Town Dental front office team in 2009. She ensures that every patient has a pleasant visit by warmly greeting patients as they arrive, scheduling convenient appointments and assisting with insurance details.
Fallan enjoys the opportunity to expand her knowledge of the dentistry field and apply her skills as a front office team member to improve office efficiency. She takes the time to follow up with patient requests. Patients appreciate her professional friendly demeanor.
Fallan is the mother of one and enjoys the fun activities that the Washington DC area has to offer.
Lyndsie P.
Office Manager
Lyndsie P, Receptionist, joined the Alexandria Old Town Dental front office team in 2011. She works in conjunction with the front office team and the hygienists to schedule patient appointments. She provides estimates for dental treatment plans. She instructs patients, who are being monitored for sleep apnea, on the use of their Pulse-OX watches. Lyndsie enjoys working with patients and approaches each day with a friendly cheerful attitude.
Lyndsie lives in Mount Vernon with her family and enjoys many outdoor activities along the Potomac River.
Tommy C.
Office Manager
Tommy C, Office Manager supervises and oversees the front office staff. A graduate of the University of Missouri Kansas City, Tommy has been with Alexandria Old Town Dental since 2005. He enjoys interacting with patients and improving his knowledge of the dental field. In August 2012 Tommy completed the DAG Omaha Sleep Seminar in Omaha, NE. With this new knowledge, Tommy has implemented procedures to screen patients with sleep apnea.
Tommy and his wife live in Fairfax. They have one daughter.
